Application
1). Flavor blending: used in the manufacture of artificial rose oil, orange blossom and acacia-type flavors and so on. Also trace amounts used in acacia, violet, red rose, orange blossom and other floral flavor formulations, can add sweet rose paraffin flavor and other unique aroma for the flavor.
2). Edible flavors: in edible flavors, can be used in cream, sweet orange, coconut, lemon and a variety of fruit flavors, to give the corresponding flavor of food.
3). Surfactant: It is an important raw material for the production of surfactants, and the surfactants produced are widely used in daily chemicals, personal care, fabric washing, fabric softening, anti-corrosion, printing and dyeing auxiliaries, foaming agents and other industries.
4). Plasticizers and adhesives: It is the raw material of plasticizers (DIDP, DIDA) for polyethylene wire covering materials and advanced artificial leather, and can also be used to make adhesives.
5). Solvent and Stabilizer: It can be used as solvent and stabilizer for herbicides and insecticides, and raw material for synthesis.

Storage
1). Cool and dry: it should be stored in a cool and dry warehouse, avoiding high temperature environment and keeping away from fire and heat source to prevent burning and other dangers caused by high temperature.
2). Well-ventilated: the warehouse should be well ventilated to prevent the accumulation of vapors and reduce the risk of fire and explosion.
3). Sealed packaging: Use sealed packaging containers to prevent 1-decanol from evaporating and coming into contact with air and moisture to avoid oxidation and other reactions.
4). Appropriate material: The packaging material should be chosen that does not react with 1-decanol, such as some special chemical plastic drums or iron drums.
5). Keep away from oxidizers: 1-Decanol should be stored separately from oxidizers, and should not be mixed to prevent violent oxidation reaction and danger.
