Application
1). It is mainly used for the extraction of oleoresin etc. from various edible fats and oils such as soybean, rice bran, cottonseed, etc. and spices.
2). Used in the preparation of honey, fruit-based edible flavours and mixed spices.
3). It is a very good raw material for the preparation of tree orchid oil. It is one of the most floral species in synthetic fragrances.
4). Have jasmine fragrance, by a-pentyl cinnamaldehyde and the fragrance is stronger and more stable. Used in soap, detergent.
