Application

Ethyl caprate has a coconut-like aroma and is mainly used to prepare food flavors, such as nuts, cheese, fruit wine, brandy and rum.

Storage

1). Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. Keep away from fire and heat sources.
2). Protect from direct sunlight. Keep container sealed.
3). It should be stored separately from oxidising agents, reducing agents, acids, alkalis and edible chemicals, and should never be mixed.
4). Equipped with appropriate varieties and quantities of fire-fighting equipment.
5). The storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment and suitable shelter materials.

2. Exist in baking tobacco, smoke.
3. Naturally present in brandy wine.
