Application
1). Commonly used in flavored wines, chewing gum, and other products to impart a distinctive anise flavor. Its natural sources are also used in traditional seasonings and baked goods to enhance flavor.
2). Pharmaceutical intermediates: Anethole is a key raw material for the synthesis of hexane estradiol, choline, and anethole aldehyde.

Storage
1). Solid form: Store in a sealed container in a cool, dry place (4°C), away from light, to prevent degradation caused by photooxidation. The solid powder can be stored stably at 4°C for at least one month.
2). Liquid form: It is recommended to store at -20°C. The liquid can be stored stably for 2 years at -20°C; for long-term storage, it is better to store in portions at -80°C.
3). Use sealed containers to avoid contact with air.
4). The storage environment should be kept away from fire sources, heat sources, and strong oxidizing agents to prevent combustion or violent reactions.

Stability
