Application
1) Mainly used in the preparation of coconut and nut flavors.
2) Used in organic synthesis.
3) Used as a solvent, also used in flavor preparation and organic synthesis.
4) Used in trace amounts in vanilla, jasmine, spicy, oriental, antifungal root and citrus flavors. Can also be used in coconut and fruit flavor compound and other edible flavors.

Storage
1) Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse.
2) Keep away from fire and heat source.
3) It should be stored separately from oxidizers and edible chemicals, and should never be mixed.
4) Equipped with appropriate varieties and quantities of fire fighting equipment.
5) The storage area should be equipped with spill response equipment and suitable sheltering materials.
6) May be safely stored in iron, flexible steel, copper or aluminum containers.
Stability
1). Prohibit contact with strong oxidising agents, acyl chlorides, acid anhydrides.

Heptyl alcohol fresh green fruity aroma with wine aroma of tallow wax rhyme, the aroma is sweet wine, nuts, green flavour-like insoluble in water, soluble in most organic solvents, soluble in 70% ethanol (1:1).
