Application
1). Ethyl linoleate, like linoleic acid, has cholesterol- and lipid-lowering properties and may prevent or reduce atherosclerosis. The side effects of ethyl linoleate are much lighter than those of linoleic acid. It can also be used as a raw material for vein passages.
2). Ethyl linoleate inhibits the development of atherosclerotic lesions and the expression of inflammatory mediators.
Storage
1). Packed in aluminium drum or glass bottle. Store in a cool, ventilated place, avoid light and heat.
2). Storage temperature 2~8ºC.
Solubility
Insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol and ether. Miscible with aliphatic solvents, oils and DMF.
