Application
1). Soap Fragrance: In soaps, shower gels and other products, cyclogaben ester can give a fresh gabon scent to enhance the naturalness and scent retention time of the product, the dosage is usually 0.1% of the formula.
2). Detergents and air fresheners: its green fragrance can mask the chemical odor, commonly used in synthetic detergents, softeners and air fresheners, to enhance the pleasant feeling of the product.
3). Perfume and Cosmetics: As a middle or back note component, it is paired with fruity and floral notes to create a natural and fresh atmosphere, suitable for eau de toilette, cologne and skin care products.
4). Coatings & Inks: as a solvent or plasticizer, to enhance the fluidity and stability of products, especially suitable for environmentally friendly coatings.
5). Plastics & Fibers: Used in the preparation of copolymers of cyclohexyl acrylate and acrylonitrile, to improve the flexibility and anti-aging properties of the materials, applied to packaging materials and textiles.
6). Organic synthesis intermediates: in the field of medicine and pesticide, it can be used as the starting material for synthesizing complex molecular structure.
Storage
1). Temperature and humidity: Store in a cool (recommended ≤25℃), dry place, avoid high temperature and humid environment to prevent the product from moisture absorption or decomposition.
2). Avoiding light and ventilation: Packed in brown glass bottles or sealed containers, stored in well-ventilated areas, away from open flames and oxidizers.
3). Industrial grade: Use galvanized iron drums or plastic drums with a net weight of 200kg per drum, ensure tight sealing to prevent leakage.
4). Laboratory grade: Small packages (e.g. 10ml, 100g) can be in glass ampoules or aluminum foil bags for easy access and long-term storage.
5). Avoid contact with strong acidic and alkaline substances to prevent chemical reaction.
6). The storage area should be equipped with fire prevention facilities, and operators need to wear protective equipment (such as gloves, goggles).
Stability
1). Thermal stability: Boiling point 283℃, flash point > 100℃, stable at room temperature, but high temperature (>100℃) may lead to decomposition or volatilization.
2). Light stability: sensitive to ultraviolet rays, long-term exposure may lead to darkening of color or weakening of aroma, need to be stored away from light.
3). Acid and alkali sensitivity: may be hydrolyzed under strong acid or alkali conditions, it is recommended to use it in a neutral or weakly acidic environment.
4). Oxidative stability: avoid contact with strong oxidizers to prevent oxidative reactions affecting product quality.
5). Toxicity: According to EU classification, Cyclogriponate belongs to "Harmful articles" (Xn), may be irritating to skin and eyes, direct contact should be avoided.
