Application

Butyl butyrate is mainly used to prepare flavors such as apples, pears, bananas and cream. It can also be used in organic synthesis and as a solvent.

Storage

1). Storage Precautions Store in a cool, ventilated warehouse. The warehouse temperature should not exceed 37℃.
2). Keep away from fire and heat sources. Keep the container sealed.
3). It should be stored separately from oxidizers, acids and alkalis, and should never be mixed.
4). Use explosion-proof type lighting and ventilation facilities.
5). Prohibit the use of spark-prone mechanical equipment and tools.
6). The storage area should be equipped with emergency response equipment for leakage and suitable sheltering materials.

3. Soluble in ethanol, propylene glycol, ether, benzyl alcohol, methyl benzoate and most non-volatile solvents, insoluble in water and glycerol.
