From July 17th to 20th, 2025, Zhengzhou Yibang Industrial Co., Ltd. organized a wonderful team building trip to Guilin. This trip not only allowed employees to enjoy the beautiful scenery but also significantly enhanced team cohesion and strengthened employees' sense of belonging to the company.
On July 17th, the team arrived in Guilin. They first visited Seven Stars Park and Camel Hill. Camel Hill, which looks just like a camel lying on the ground quietly, is so vivid and lifelike that everyone couldn't help but call it "camel" spontaneously. The employees also put on gorgeous ethnic costumes, taking photos and interacting with each other, which brought them closer.
On the 18th, they went to Yinzi Cave, known as "the most beautiful cave in Guilin". Exploring the magnificent and magical cave together made the team members feel the charm of nature and deepened their mutual understanding during the process.
On the 19th, the team took bamboo rafts to enjoy the Yulong River Group Rafting. Later, they took the Three-Star Panoramic Cruise on the Li River (AAAAA level). Drifting on the river and enjoying the beautiful scenery on both sides, the employees laughed and chatted happily, fully relaxing themselves and enhancing the sense of teamwork.
On the 20th, they visited the Classic Liu Sanjie Park, the shooting location of the movie "Liu Sanjie" which showcases the customs of Guangxi ethnic minorities. After experiencing the rich ethnic culture, the team set off back to Zhengzhou.
This team building trip to Guilin was a great success. It not only let the employees appreciate the beautiful scenery of Guilin but also made everyone feel the warmth of the big family of Yibang Industrial, effectively increasing team cohesion and improving employees' sense of belonging to the company.
