Application
1). It is used in the food industry for preservation of freshness and colour protection of fruits and vegetables and aquatic products, and is also used as an antirust and anticorrosion agent for metals.
2). Antioxidant and chelating effect, can be used for fruit and vegetable products, fruit and vegetable juice drinks, edible fats and meat products antioxidant.
3). Chelating agent; antioxidant; preservative; colour protection agent; water softener; metal corrosion and rust inhibitor; fermentation promoter.
4). It can be used to improve the colour tone of canned aquatic products, fruits, agricultural products, beverages (refreshing beverages, milk beverages), etc. The dosage is 0.02% to 0.2% of the amount of raw materials.
5). Mainly used as food additives and pharmaceutical raw materials.
