Application
1). Fragrance industry: widely used in daily chemical flavor and food flavor, giving the product a fresh green leaf or green apple aroma, commonly used in perfume, soap, detergent and candy drinks.
2). Food additives: as edible flavor (GB 2760 allows the use), used to blend fruit flavor (such as strawberry, pear, etc.).
Storage
1). Environmental Requirements: Keep in a cool, dry and ventilated place in airtight condition, avoid direct sunlight. Recommended storage temperature ≤ 25℃.
2). Container selection: use glass or stainless steel containers, avoid long-term contact with plastic or rubber.
3). Isolation measures: keep away from oxidizing agents, strong acids and alkalis, and sources of ignition.
Stability
1). Chemical Stability: Stable under recommended storage conditions, but may hydrolyze to form acetic acid and leaf alcohol when exposed to high temperatures or strong acids/alkalis.
